What Is the Flyability Elios?
The Flyability Elios is a purpose-built confined space inspection drone featuring a protective carbon fibre cage that allows it to collide with walls, ceilings, and obstacles without damage — and without damaging the asset being inspected. This makes it uniquely suited for indoor environments where GPS is unavailable and where contact with surfaces is unavoidable.
The Elios 3 carries a 4K visual camera, a thermal camera, and powerful LED lighting in a compact package that fits through openings as small as 400mm. It can fly for up to 12 minutes per battery in environments with zero ambient light, capturing detailed imagery of surfaces that would otherwise require scaffolding, rope access, or risky human entry to assess.
